I had the worst experience wit 2 of the women there. Paige and the manager. I waited a ridiculous amount of time and wasn’t offered the mvp. I complained online and was told the next one would be free and when I went for the next one the 2 ladies whispered about me knowing I had complained. While my hair was being cut one ladie (Paige) starred at me at times which a grin. When finished I wasn’t offered the mvp and I paid full price. The whole experience was uncomfortable and after leaving I noticed my hair was choppy. Almost like she hacked my hair on purpose for making a complaint. I’ll never go back. At best it’s good for children

Checked in online. Was there maybe 5 minutes for a wait. Was sereved fast with a big smile, Jackie was my stylist she does the best fades.

I have to give 0 stars!!!! It made me give 1 star! I visited sports clips in Lorain Ohio and was told my hair cut would be an additional $10 because I am a female!!!!!!!! I walked out! I have super short hair it’s not like I walked in with hair to my rear asking for a style!
